These Terms govern your use of the CloseLook website and purchases from our store.

1) Acceptance

By accessing our site or purchasing, you agree to these Terms and our policies (Privacy, Shipping, Returns).

2) Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age to form a contract in your jurisdiction. You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity on your account.

3) Orders, availability & pricing

We may limit/cancel quantities, correct errors, and refuse orders (e.g., suspected fraud). Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping are added at checkout.

4) Made-to-order & pre-orders

Products may be made-to-order or pre-order with stated production windows on product pages and/or at checkout. Timelines are estimates and may vary.

5) Payment

We accept payment methods shown at checkout (e.g., Shopify Payments, credit/debit, Shop Pay Installments). By submitting payment, you authorize charges for your order total, including taxes, shipping, and duties (where applicable).

6) Shipping & risk of loss

We ship to the address you provide. Risk transfers to the carrier upon handoff. See our Shipping Policy for details on timelines, duties, and lost/stolen packages.

7) Returns & refunds

Most items are final sale due to the bespoke process. See our Return & Refund Policy.

8) User content & reviews

If you submit content (e.g., reviews, photos, tagged posts), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operations, subject to applicable law.

9) Intellectual property

All site content (designs, logos, images, text) is owned by CloseLook or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not use it without permission.

10) Prohibited uses

You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., fraud, scraping, reverse engineering, harming security).

11) Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the site and products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloseLook is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

13) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CloseLook against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

14) Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States (without regard to conflict rules). Venue and jurisdiction lie in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.

15) Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.
