Shipping policy

1) Processing & production timelines

  • Made-to-order: Estimated production [2–6 weeks] (varies by drop/fabric). Product pages and order confirmation will show the best current estimate.
  • Ready-to-ship items (if any): Leave our studio in [2–5 business days].

2) Transit times & carriers

  • Domestic: ~[3–7 business days] after dispatch.
  • International: ~[7–21 business days], depending on destination and customs.
  • Carriers may include UPS/USPS/FedEx/DHL (shown at checkout). Tracking is provided when available.

3) Duties, taxes & fees

  • Duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout.

4) Address changes

  • If you need to change your shipping address, contact contact@shopcloselook.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order is in production or shipped, address changes may not be possible.

5) Delays & force majeure

  • Weather, customs, or carrier disruptions can cause delays. These are outside our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

6) Lost, stolen, or damaged packages

  • Risk transfers to the carrier at handoff. If your package is lost/stolen, please file a claim with the carrier; we’ll assist as feasible.
  • If your item arrived damaged, email contact@shopcloselook.com within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item to begin a claim.

7) Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking link when your order ships. For proactive updates, we use [Rush/AfterShip] to power a branded tracking page.
