Cancellation policy

This policy explains how cancellations and changes work for standard purchases, pre-orders, and payment options (e.g., Shop Pay Installments).
1) Order changes & cancellations (standard)
- You may request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of purchase: contact@shopcloselook.com.
- After 12 hours, production may begin and the order is locked (no cancellation/refund), except for defects/wrong item per our Return Policy.
2) Pre-orders
- Pre-orders secure your place in our production queue. Estimated ship windows are shown on product pages and in order confirmations.
- Cancellation window: within 12 hours of placing the pre-order. After that, pre-orders are final sale (non-refundable) except in the event of defects/wrong item upon delivery.
3) Payment plans (Shop Pay Installments or similar)
- Payment plans are offered and serviced by third-party providers (e.g., Affirm via Shop Pay). CloseLook does not manage your financing agreement.
- If we approve a refund per our Return Policy, your payment plan will be adjusted or refunded by the provider according to their terms. Questions about interest, late fees, or schedules should be directed to the provider.
4) Out-of-stock & production changes
- If a fabric/material becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll contact you with options: (1) similar alternative, (2) store credit, or (3) refund for the affected item(s).
5) Address changes & failed delivery
- See Shipping Policy. If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship for an additional shipping fee. Unclaimed packages are not refundable.
